A six-month quiet ritual meant to walk beside you during a changing season.
Each month, a small handmade object arrives by mail as steady, tangible support, without pressure to improve.
This is a six-month mailed experience for women in the middle of something.
Not a program.
Not self-improvement.
Not a process you need to get right.
It’s for seasons that don’t need fixing, but do need to be witnessed.
Each month, you’ll receive a small, handmade object and a short letter.
The objects are meant to be lived with quietly.
Placed somewhere you pass often.
Held when needed.
Ignored when not.
The totems are not meant to be used. They are meant to stay with you while something shifts.
Nothing is required of you beyond receiving.
Each month returns a part of you to yourself.
This offering is for women who are:
• in a season of transition without a clear name
• capable, thoughtful, and a little tired of holding everything alone
• drawn to quiet support rather than advice
• not looking to become someone else
If you’ve outgrown being told what to do, but don’t want to do everything alone, this may be for you.
What it is:
A six-month series of small, handmade objects and letters, mailed monthly.
A steady presence.
A form of companionship you can hold in your hands.
What it isn’t:
This is not a course, coaching container, or curriculum.
There are no lessons, prompts, or outcomes to achieve.
There’s nothing to track, share, or keep up with.
Over six months, the objects move through a quiet progression:
Arrival
Permission
Listening
Reclaiming
Standing with
Release
You don’t need to understand the arc ahead of time.
It will make sense as you live with it.
Timing & Structure
• The series runs for six consecutive months, beginning March
• One object and letter are mailed each month
• This is a complete six-month container
• Once enrollment closes, the group moves through the full arc together
• There are no late additions
Group Size
This is a founding group and is intentionally small.
Enrollment is limited to 20 participants so the work can remain slow, personal, and well held.
